"Absolutely diabolical & Terrible customer service , took over 40 minutes and 4 different staff members to tell me my full order is not here even though it was meant to be ready to collect at 9.am and the order was done the day before. I waited while about 5 other customers came and collected their order. After waiting all that time with poor communication from initial lady that served me ,I got told that 1 of the items was not in store and 2 was and they said they cannot put through the till and give me those items even, even though I had paid for them! They said I can get a full refund and then purchase the 2 items again they do have in store. Got sent to the self service counter to do the transaction with the product numbers made my purchase and left. Staff and service ruined my day of what was meant to be a special 1st birthday for my niece. Management need to manage staff better and customer service needs to Improve. I won’t recommend this place to anyone, won’t be going back there."

"Unfortunately the staff are completely unhelpful. They need training in customer service. Item will be returned and I will not be using you again. In a competitive sales market, you would think they would try a little harder to keep hold of the few customers they have left."

"Placed an order for collection on Fast Track. Their system is down and the order has gone into no man's land (nobody can find it). This was a Christmas present for my toddler. Be aware! Fast Track means Slow Track at this branch. Any order you place you will get it next day not the same day. Save your time and go to other some other collection point. The new store is rubbish. They have unprofessional staff who will ask you to wait in a long queue even if you are a fast track customer."
