"First time doing an online order with Iceland and I will never do it again, a few tins were damaged and a few items missing, received a small refund and no mention of the missing items either or even the offer of them being sent out or myself picking them up. Also what is with the big clear plastic bags I thought we were trying to reduce plastic waste."

"It's a great place to shop as in the evening it is not so busy and has a large variety of products and the prices are still affordable. I love their offer for fruits and vegetables 3 for £5. Unfortunately the frozen section is limited in vegan food."
