"Dropped Tv off to get repaired almost 5 months ago. With upfront payment. Was quoted £150 upfront for parts and labour and estimated repair time of a week. 4 months later and after several calls and emails to chase my repair. I had to forcefully ask for my money and tv back. Still un repaired and now even more damaged. My tv was visibly in brand new condition, Collected it from orbit electronics with several scuffs and scratches on it as well as a bent stand and screws missing. I had to call Kerry several time to get an update on my repair he would avoid my calls and emails and when he would get round to replying he would text a very poor excuse for a reason as to why it’s not repaired and why it won’t be repaired for another week.4 months later and this repeated excused almost felt like I was begging to just collect my own property. Now the state of the tv is so poor there’s no point in repairing it elsewhere even if fixed a 1 year old tv now looks 15+ years old. And it no longer sits straight. Not ideal for something that you want to watch while sitting on a sofa in a family room. Poor customer service poor organisation and a terrible liar."

He found a new plug that would fit and fixed it then and there. Absolutely brilliant. If you've got any electrical household items that need fixing, this is the first place to try."
