"I went in as a new potential customer, having called ahead to ask if I could have an appointment to do a kitchen design- they told me that no appointment was necessary. I walked in with a baby, there were seven people in the showroom, I asked at the front desk- they were busy and nobody offered to help, I ended up walking out. When I got to my car I thought no give it a second go, turned back around and went to actively talk to people who were totally ignoring me. One young girl was helpful, but had to ask somebody else for advice who was uninterested."
