"Rude young female was sweeping up and was shouting and swearing in the kitchen. Her broom broke and she proceeded to kick it around the cafe area making food go everywhere and a lot of noise. Food was average."

"Toast is always too pale & cold by the time you put your butter on. Jacket potatoes are often over cooked and hard & you don't get enough filling. Prices are ok, but portion sizes aren't great. Staff are always helpful. Coffee isn't very nice. I'd prefer to pay the extra in costco next door."
