"Called in with friends for a "quick" coffee ...unfortunately there was nothing quick about the service. Not particularly busy Monday afternoon, and two assistants serving, but one busy trying to fulfil Deliveroo orders, leaving customers standing in the queue. I was the only one waiting to start with, yet it took 20 minutes to get 3 coffees, not a complicated order, just no sense of urgency and a complete lack of customer care...not even the courtesy of "sorry to keep you waiting"...not good at all ☹"
