"Staff are so rude in this store (expect for young black boy who works in the shoe department). I asked a young Turkish looking boy if there was anyone who check stock and shoe size for me and his response was ‘wait in shoe department do I look like I work in the shoe department’ and didn’t even give me eye contact. A bit of advice, there are many people who would love to work if it bothers you that much to have good customer service resign. This is the case for other rude staff in this store. As I said I’ve only ever had one member of staff with manners in this store. Hopefully management see this review as they do not like to answer the phone."
