"I thought click and collect would be a fast and time saving option but had to wait in que for the till and once served I had to wait yet another 25 mins for my item to be bought out. One member of staff on desk and the rest hiding in the back. Wouldn't mind but it was not even busy. Also click and collect machine is always broken. Rugeley is a much better store."
