"zero security, zero safety, got shoplifted in the middle of the store, security refused to show us the ccv cameras for no absolute reason then said that the camera wasn’t working. worst store ever it should be shut down"
"Terrible customer service, and profiling. I came to this store on 11/21 with a pretty clear idea of what i wanted. It took me more than 15 minutes to get an attendant to offer me any shoes to try on at all, and had very poor service after that. It didn’t help that there was a very demanding australian couple in the store who were monopolizing everyone’s attention, but it’s in the assistants to ensure everyone is taken care of. Worse, I noticed that certain customers were allowed to take shoes up themselves to pay while others (including me) were profiled and had the shoes taken up by the attendant. This conveyed the message that the staff considered me a theft risk. If i hadn’t badly needed a specific pair of shoes, i would have walked out as many people did while i was there. In no way did I feel valued as a customer."
"If I could give a zero star because of the rude lady with 2 piercings in her nose. She refused to let us try the sneakers and we should buy them without trying em !! Sheme on her"

"Awful costumer service. I was served by one assistant who was friendly enough. Gave me a bit of advice and was prompt in finding the shoes I wanted. But when it came to paying the man at the till kept shouting over to his colleagues, over my head, about some device or other. "Lisa! Has your device updated?!" "Martin! What about your set, is it working ok?!" Only looked me in the eye once the transaction was complete. Felt like I was just getting in their way. Will avoid in future."
