"Went in to buy some shoes from here after seeing the shop on a blog on the internet we traveled up from Bournemouth , the sales lady looked us up and down like we were not good enough for their shop , didn’t even throw us a smile, nothing , we came to buy a couple of pairs if these shoes , very very disappointed with the shop , rude , poor service and maybe if she’d have taken here nose ring out of the Arabic lady’s backside for a minute and acknowledged us she would have had another sale . Avoid this store is you want a bit of service . Went down the road to Selfridges and they were happy to serve us and take our money ,gent disappointed and won’t be returning . Maybe a bit of staff training or just teach them some good old fashioned manners"
