"DO NOT TRUST. Stole our money, refused to rearrange or refund our booking because one of our party had covid. They said we had to give them 21 days notice?! then when we said she will just come they banned us from coming and blocked our accounts!!!! They have cancelled our tickets and refusing a refund. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INFORMED."
