"I’m afraid I’ve had the worst experience here. I put a deposit of 500 on a rug, unfortunately I discovered the size was too big and also that it may not suit. I cancelled the order but now 2 months later I can’t get my deposit back. Have sent many emails, message on Instagram, watts app and phone calls which aren’t answered. Joel assured me he would refund but now ignores all emails. Very annoyed and would not recommend at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would."
