"Worst customer service ever. Avoid! Wish I had of seen reviews before ordering. Paid for next day delivery as was going away, the shoes arrived over a week later when we were away on a 2 week holiday! They were left on our front doorstep apparently after we asked for the order to be cancelled by them and the delivery company and when returning from holiday the parcel was missing. Now they say we can’t get a refund yet as they have to contact the local police who may contact us for a statement because of their fu@k up! What a waste of police resources! They should not offer a service like next day and charge for it!"

"Avoid at all costs. Their return policy is absurd - they only issue a credit (no refunds at all), it must be used within 6 months, and must be used in the store (not allowed online). They also intentionally don’t carry half sizes. It’s a horrible company, no idea how they’re in business."
