"I have been coming in and out of this store a few times but only yesterday made a purchase. The staff are really rude and glare as your browse. When approached they seem like they do not care and push back when you ask a simple question like getting a size from the back. The worse customer experience ever, go to John Lewis for the same items which is 3 mins away"
"Don't come here unless you want to be racially targeted by members of staff. They are rude and disrespectful if you are a certain ethnic origin. Absolutely disgusting customer service that I'm surprised still exists this day and age. Complained to store manager but doubt any action will be taken given their refusal to give out any personnel's names. Read the rest of the reviews given for this store and you will see what I mean."
"First time in Canary Wraft shopping centre!! Had a nice welcoming from security guys that kindly helped me where to go "Hugo" very kind and polite man. Then I went to JD, where the nice ladies helped with my gift voucher "as a gift for birthday from friends". They were very kind and polite which made me go home and grab my voucher and come there again rather than online. Highly recommend coming down for a visit :) They had the right shoe taste for me too.... I will get them this week. Thank you"
