“I personally have only been to Sam. Ive been booking in with her every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. Her cuts get better and better every time i go. Shes brilliant. The place looks great and is always busy. Although the cuts are a little more expensive (£15) than your average barber. It's definitely worth the extra. Please be aware that you have to book in for an appointment. Which i think is a great idea. Sat waiting in my previous barber for 2 hours at a time is the reason why i changed the 1st place.”

“Trained here for 9 months whilst working in Manchester. Very friendly gym with no egos! A range of classes from beginners to advanced with fantastic coaches! Improved my game alot during my time here and was made to feel very welcome. Thanks to Gav, Chris, Will and the rest of the team for great coaching and running a top notch MMA gym!”

“Fantastic place, absolutely loved our stay at ‘The Townhouse’! We chose to stay here so we could spend some quality time with my mum and couldn’t have wished for a better host, place or experience. We were able to cook, relax and felt totally at home from the moment we arrived. Super clean, it had everything we needed, ticked all the boxes and more. “Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester”

“Such a beautiful, historic (and modern) hotel! The hotel is Located within the Corn Exchange, giving immediate access to so many cool restaurants. I was upgraded to the incredible Guinea Suite! My suite was sooo quiet, no sound intrusion from other guests or street noise. I was only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again. When in Manchester, book here!!!”

Owners, Judith and David, were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We were welcomed with a Christmas tree, flowers and tasty treats. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is excellent - close to pubs, restaurants, grocery stores and tram to Manchester City Centre. The great WiFi access was important for us to keep in touch. It's very spacious as we hosted dinner for 15 people. I would highly recommended this cottage to anyone needing to stay near Manchester.”

“It was beautiful as soon as you step through the door! It was a comfortable and calming atmosphere. Me and my boyfriend stayed over the weekend and loved cooking in the kitchen, the bedroom was a nice sleep! Was overall a nice little getaway and we'll be coming back again.”

“Would 100% recommend. Really good value for money, premises and bedroom/bathroom/showers all spotless. Bed sheets clean and very obviously freshly dressed. Garden beautiful. Just wished our plans gave us the opportunity to enjoy the premises for longer. “Great place. We came here for our store's midyear meeting and to do some activities together for team building and morale. It was fun watching each other on the high ropes course while some of us attempted to pitch our tents. We'll probably be back again in the future!”
