"Very poor company. Had many issues in short time I was with them, extremely hard to speak to someone with issues, and when possible you’re hit with a couldn’t care less attitude. Avoid this company, they clearly don’t value their clients"

"Reported to the CQC. Had many bad experiences with TMCC (doctors giving incorrect follow up appointment dates, increasing prices with no warning, sending prescription to wrong pharmacy multiple times - on one occasion this was sent to the wrong pharmacy twice - and being issued with prescription for the wrong medication. When sent the wrong medication no one would tell me if this was valid treatment for the condition I suffer from and when experiencing side effects as a result, they said they wouldn’t prescribe anything more with no intention of titrating down??? They will dodge your calls and ignore your emails. On three occasions was ringing them from two phones and one wouldn’t answer for an hour while the other was picked up in 35 minutes. Have since moved to Sapphire though TMCC made this difficult, saying it would take 3 weeks for a discharge letter. I was never sent my treatment notes (despite this being included in appointment fee) from my last consultation as this would have detailed the fact they issued the wrong prescription. After 4 months with Sapphire I have never experienced a single issue like this."

"Absolutely amazing I’m a patient at the medical cannabis clinic TTMC AND PJ21 project twenty 21 scheme. I started my journey with them just less than 1 month ago and I’m about to receive my first prescription tomorrow just want to thank them for how easy they made it for me at every step and I will be happy to recommend it to all family and friends also in need of this treatment. "Prescribed me mouldy flower and never refunded neither replaced. 4-5 months later they just ignore your emails. Edit - received refund 7 months later. I also have a really bad chest and throat infection from consuming the NOIDECS t20C4 indica."

"First point of contact call advisors don’t seem to know about the products and could answer simple questions about the procedures that will be taking place to get the medication. Also I had a male nurse that goes by the name of James Watson telling me he was a qualified Dr at the practice. The whole experience of just getting started I could see that TMCC team don’t care about patients. Unprofessional"
