"Staff are abysmal with rotten attitudes. The food is overpriced and undercooked. I once paid near £6 for a pizza and got a small undercooked Chicago town mini frozen pizza. On top of the disgusting food and poor service, the amount of known offenders that are granted access to that pub every night is vile. Blue Bell is a low tier pub with scam raffles and no morals whatsoever. Don’t waste your time"
"The staff deserve the rating because they are so attentive, friendly, and helpful. We visited for Sunday lunch. We phoned beforehand to ask about a vegan lunch. The chef welcomed feedback and popped over to see if we were enjoying our meals. We were offered a choice of seats, and the bill was reasonable."
