"Terrible customer service, wanted to buy 8 shirts but completely unhelpful and left without any shirts, going over to Charles Trywhitt instead now to spend my money there"

"Appalling service with nay a smile. I walked in to grab a bowtie for an emergency and I have never had such horrendous service buying clothes. This old man looked like he was judging customers as they shopped and was 10/10 grumpy about something. Not even a small bag for my bowtie just a folded receipt to go with it. For a fairly upmarket establishment, this sort of service should not be present. Would avoid unless you really need something and have just left Cannon Street station."

"Awful customer service!!! I left the store fuming. Clothes seem nice, but not worth the upset. My partner and I were made to feel we wasted the staff member's time. We dared to try on more than one pair of trousers! The advisor just didn't want to do his job seemingly. He made me fetch my partner from another corner of the store when we waited for him to get stuff from the back, made weirdly sexist comments and was upset with us for seeking his advice re tailoring options. Are we doing him a favour buying clothes here? By the end of our visit we vowed never to buy from this brand, the experience was so appaling."

"Fantastic sales advice and service by Des. I needed a dinner suit quick and although the size in stock wasn't quite right, it was no problem. It was to be tailored and adjusted, ready for the same evening, the fact he had to call in a favour from his local tailor, Des showed me he cared enough. It was discounted too as it was during the sales, so I was very glad I walked in to this store and not one of the local competitors."

"Certainly good quality shirts, however, a very poor customer service by one of the members of the staff. I saw him being rude to a few customers while I was there. He is happy to chase away customers quite easily. The customer asked if they have something and the reply was "NO have a good day sir!". The customer looked at me in shock! Looks like by default he treats everyone like time-wasters. Even though it was off peak time."
