"Coffee is wonderful but the noise played over the speakers was terrible. Met with friends and weren’t able to hear each other talking above the din. Asked if the music could be turned down and was told she could turn it down a notch but wasn’t allowed to turn it off. Had to outside in the cold to escape the noise, won’t be going back there again :-("

"Charged me £4.20 for a "toblerone" latte in the drive through, wasnt offered any sugar or anything, they had no cream left, and its just tasted like BOILING water. Slow service and theres always something out of stock. Matches the mcdonalds across the road, SHIITTEEE"
