"DO NOT get your dress here. Our bridemaid dresses were advertised at 250£ and because we were buying 5 dresses, we got a discount of 100£ on each which was a nice gesture. We ended up paying 5 dresses 750£. The dresses were delayed by almost a Months. The shop lied to us and advised that they were being made in India. I recently found out that the dress they are selling are purchased from a reseller based in Paris. I did my investigation and was surprised to discover that 1 dress cost 38£. YES 38£ is the price they are getting the dresses for. And we paid 150£ each dress!!!!!!!!! It's totally unacceptable. I would understand that business is business, but we paid triple the amount. Discussing!!!!!"

"The selection of dresses was great, along with the service I received. I have been back a number of times to get my ball gown dresses for Asian Wedding Parties and my Christmas work do. I can't wait to head back for my next purchase. Thank you to all the customer service girls who were able to help me make the right decision for the perfect dress."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a dress from there, when the “manager”, Sharon, assured me that everything would be made in time for my event. Upon collection, the dress did not fit, it was damaged and the back was lopsided. Sharon tried to have an argument with me over the phone, where she shouted over me whilst I was talking to her reasonably, and she refused to give me a refund. Luckily I paid by credit card and I spoke to my bank who cancelled the transaction and I was able to get my money back. Sharon challenged me to take my complaint to my bank because her shop has a “no refund policy” and she didn’t care about my complaint (she was so sure that I would fail at getting the money back from my bank). IF YOU TAKE THE RISK TO BUY FROM KARMA, PAY BY CREDIT CARD ONLY!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I ended up spending almost double to get a new outfit in time for the family wedding, plus the stress of dealing with Sharon was terrible. At least I got my money back in the end (even if it was only thanks to my bank)."

"The dresses are pretty, true, but that's all there is to the shop. If you happen to be of the correct size for the dress then, and ONLY THEN, should you buy it because alterations are either not going to happen or something will go wrong with the order. I had to get mine altered in a few places and the prices were quite clear to me. Bravo for one good thing. But one of the alterations were not possible but upon purchase I was reassured that it's not a problem. So naturally I wanted to return the dress but they have a no-refund policy which I didn't know about. After pointless argument with the sales lady that lead nowhere because she was too busy shouting, I tried to pick another dress whilst the one of them were being very rude, pressuring me to make a further purchase of £90 which I didn't comply with but did pay a little more for another dress I got halfheartedly since my money wouldn't be returned anyway. Oh did I mention I as blamed for a huge tear in the dress that wasn't there when I tried it on? Tldr: sales woman made a mistake and that alteration couldn't be made didn't inform me about non-refund policy, very sly very VERY rude if you try to return anything Only buy if it fits when you try it on, don't try for alterations 1 star just for the pretty dress"

"Customer service was awful. Sales woman was more interested in her coffee order and her breakfast than serving her customer. Her employee was more help then she was. She did not bother to go out of her way for us, nor did she show any interest. Instead she wanted to make a quick sale of what she had in her store instead of catering to her audience. Would definitely not recommend the store. Nice gowns but not worth the service at all."
