"Ordered from BonBons for the first time, delivery was quick and efficient. What really did it for me was the amazing customer service I received one of my items was unfortunately damaged however bonbons went above and beyond to fix the issue. When I first messaged they couldn’t apologise enough they then gave me an option of an exchange or credit note. I choose to exchange but had no way of getting to the store despite it only being 20 minutes away from me, Bonbons was amazing and so understanding and even arranged to come to my house and do a full exchange for me. Given the fact of being Christmas and being extremely busy we found a date and my new items were dropped off to me. The customer service was outstanding and I really can not fault them at all. The quality of the items I did receive and exchange are amazing ! Lovely fit and perfect for a Christmas present. Honestly can not thank BonBons enough.
