"Staff need to be trained and considerate. Went out the shop @9:58 last Friday ( Bethnal Green branch) because the open sign was displayed. Female staff at the end. Door closed so indicated what time they’ll open- showed 10 fingers as to ask if they’ll open @10? She nodded yes. Stood in the rain & approached shop 2 mins later. The lazy lady was looking at me but not moving. So I indicated from outside its 10:00 after a good 30-40 seconds she shows the 11 sign. 1) Lazy woman could’ve approached the first time and say they’ll open @11 2) They need to put the right sign up whether open/close 3) I wasn’t intending to buy £££’s clothe s but lost a customer due to their illiterate, unprofessional and LAZY inconsiderate service. She could’ve shown compassion and approach me at the door- it was pouring outside but no too busy on the phone. I can see why they have 3 star on their reviews, I would’ve put 0 if I could. ( I’ve uploaded a picture of her to show the ignorant behaviour of hers)."
