"Visited this shop every month for years pre Covid and made regular purchases. However, when I ordered on line in December, I was sadly disappointed. One of the items was faulty- this happens and is one of those things. It was a shame as I'd bought 2 of some items as gifts for 2 sisters and couldn't give to one without the other. As I said, these things happen so I contacted them via the website to say it was faulty and to ask how to return item for a quick replacement or, failing this, a refund. No reply. Sent another - again no reply. Really annoyed as cant afford to give cash away. I will never return to the shop and will ensure that my family and friends feel the same."
