"I asked for the bacon and brie panini, thinking that I was being difficult. I was assured that it was a very popular change to make. It was really moist and delicious, thank you Mandy. I ordered a cappuccino and absentmindedly forgot to ask for plant milk but Mel, in the politest way possible, reminded me that I would probably want oat milk... Which I did! She even put chocolate on the top. I rarely go out for lunch these days so this was a real treat. Lovely food and drink served by warm, welcoming yet unobtrusive staff. Lunch was a real pleasure. "Excellent food and very friendly service! Would highly recommend. It's a cosy atmosphere and the dish was very good value and a generous portion! I ordered the breakfast and for under 6 pounds (£5.85), you really can't go wrong. The only fault I can think of and it's not really a fault is that the baked beans were a bit hotter than I expected (from the stove not spiciness). I also had the cake pictured here which was super rich and moist. This is a first time visit and if I lived in otley I'd visit them regularly!!"
