"I love toast clothing and buy from their stores all of the time. The staff are always lovely but the girls in the Marylebone shop today were just gorgeous. They were so kind and caring to my elderly dog who quite frankly was knackered from being dragged in and out of shops all day. This was most definitely service at its best."
"The shop with great products, but shop assistant was not willing to help at all. I had to rush back to the car after a quick browsing in the shop, asked shop assistant if the pair jeans I liked available online, they confirmed. I went online, but couldn’t find. Called in for the product code of the pair that I have touched and discussed with one of shop assistants in the shop, explained that I have spoken to one of their staffs about the specific pair 20mins ago. The shop assistant on the phone was suggesting completely different pair and insisted it is the same one, no matter how I explain, emphasised they are closing in 10mins and not able to help any more. After I explained that I won’t be able to pop back soon, the shop assistant still not willing to help finding the correct pair. It is very unpleasant experience."
