"dirtiest caffe that i’ve ever been in! looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time, the toilet is absolutely disgusting - extremely dirty, the shelves are full of dust and the walls are stained with coffee and other things"
"Very poor customer service. Staff member chewing gum and the rest of the staff very unprofessional too. Did our coffee boiling and not requested it that way. Did not put cup protector on to drink that was way too hot. Had to ask to clean table as was very dirty, the cafe was not busy so no excuse. And a dog was allowed to run around unsupervised, which is dangerous and totally anti social."
