"Absolutely horrible service. There xustomer service is like speaking to a wall or a robot. I ordered 9 dresses to find every single one if different length when I ordered them all at 56inch. Then when I returned it 2 weeks go by no refund then to call back for them to refund me for the wrong dresses as I kept 2 now waiting to hear back to see if I will get the remaining amount"

"I ordered a few items then returned them I was told my email in 7 working days I will get a refund a whole month had passed and they didn't process my refund until I emailed them. Their customer service is absolutely poor. They did nothing to compensate for the service they provided. They don't look after their customers."
