"I have only purchased chinos, jumpers and socks but all fit well, are good quality and reasonably priced. I like the simplicity of the clothes designs and also the self service checkout. Strangely, every pair of trousers were the same length in the shop I visited, ok for me but I expect not for others."

"My father drove from Weybridge to Kingston today to return a pair of jeans that had grown 1.5 sizes/grades after one light wear. They shouldn't have passed quality control and were unwearable. As a family we buy a lot from Uniqlo and this is the first issue we've had. I understand he was challenged, told he couldn't receive a refund, was then offered a pair of jeans in a different colour and style to those he was returning, was then offered a gift card for an exchange to finally being offered a refund. This involved two staff and much discussion. This was clearly a faulty product and he should have been given a refund without question immediately, and especially after providing a receipt to prove that they were bought very recently. BAD customer service for a multi-billion pound company. I hope the jeans are recycled as part of a circular system of production!"

"Came in to alter my trousers and the sales assistant was super helpful and let me do them for free even though I removed the tag already. Also, it was nice to see another sales assistant offering to help use the self checkouts."

"High quality clothes at reasonable prices. They have very good sales. Clothes are made of very nice and often natural materials. Makes a change of all the plastic nonsense sold in most other shops these days."
