"i started using this service since the pandamic, but now barely use it. cons > pros. PROS: 1. convinient next day delivery from £30 if you live in london. 2.price is acceptable (comapre with local stores). 3.freebies sometime. 4. CS is fairly ok, can get the money back if its their mistakes. CONS: 1.missing items or expired soon product swaps multiple times (refunded eventually) 2. most of drivers are nice, but there's one really aggressive, once called my friend "bitcx," because she wasn't home for her delivery, even that was her fault, calling your customer a bitcx? that driver definitely needs some anger management help.3.low inventory. popular items always OOS. if your groceries much rely on east asian products and purchase from here regularly, you would find there is a small range of choices to fullfill a £30 order, in order to get a free delivery. 4. never delivered within the informed time slot. i mean what's the point to text you a time slot that you never make it, just say will deliver this afternoon or evening or even another date would be probably better in terms of customer expectation mgmt. 1-2 hours late is a norm. it could arrive as late as 11pm.this annoyed me the most. you can't go anywhere, spending hours waiting for an extreme late order. very inconvient for office working people. they start using live tracking for the delivery. so when my order was late i checked on the status. i saw the driver's van was 15mins away from me, then it drove across the river to the other side of london which is 45mins away, just unbelievable.lol"

"NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Extremely dishonest, AND bad product AND service. I highly suspect many of the positive reviews are paid. 1) Lack of basic food health & hygiene - I ordered frozen food which didn't come in with an thermal bag, they were COMPLETELY MELTED. 2) They use a cheap delivery service other than Hungary Panda and the app still shows unfulfilled order so you can't review them inside the app. 3) Driver was late and insisted that I go down the building to pick up the delivery"

"AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE I’ve ordered twice from here and both time was horrible experience! Please avoid order from here. First time the delivery man was trying to dump my order on the street and leave, I complained to the customer service, they do not care at all. Second time, I have my delivery arrange for 20:00-21:00 and got a notification at 23:00 while I have to wake up early to go to work the next day, I contact the customer service to rearrange it, and it’s useless, the driver still rang my door bell while I am sleeping ! And again, dump it outside the gate. Worst service ever"
