"Can’t believe this place is still open. The layers of dust on the children’s play area slides are DISGUSTING. None of the tables are ever clean they’re all piled up with plates and the toilets never have paper or soaps. The girl who man’s the till (on the rare occasion she’s actually there) just stands on her phone rather than actually clean tables for people to sit at. I was stood at the till for 14 minutes before someone actually came into Wacky Warehouse to serve me (no staff in the area at all?!) Don’t even get me started on the food. It’s always inedible and the cakes are beyond stale to the point they are SOLID. I’ve never wrote a review like this and would never want to again but this place is truly shocking and unsanitary"

"Visit here every month or so. Food is always hot and tasty and the wait is short. Kids can go off and play and you can supervise from the comfort of your chair! What more can you ask"

"Came with my mum and two siblings on Tuesday 20th December hoping to get some food while the kids played, were told we could not order food to our table in the play area as it’s the holidays. We explained to woman on the main bar that my little brother is autistic and will not sit still to allow us to eat but they didn’t care. We then asked the guy on play area desk if they were doing the coffee and a cake for £2.99 offer to which he said yes, then when she asked for 2x coffee and carrot cake he said actually they’re in the freezer and all they have aid 1 slice of cheesecake available. We got a latte and a mocha anyway but my mocha was just a cold regular coffee. The guy on desk was pretty clueless and impolite the whole time we were there and any time we spoke to him, seemed like he really didn’t wanna be there. And the bathroom facilities were filthy with no hand wash available."

"Took my granddaughter for a play here, the staff were very friendly and we both had a cake n coffee/ drink which were both nice, so nothing to complain about there. Would I return I’m afraid NOT …..until this place has had a complete major clean it’s really dirty the sponge matting is filthy there is thick dust all all in the corners and on the outside of the slide which suggests it’s not seen a duster/ vac for sometime. I just wanted to keep washing our hands!! Sorry but not good."
