"Just been in this shop & bought several items. Chap in there is usually cheerful & friendly however there was a different person serving this evening. Unfortunately the Coca Cola was really flat, totally undrinkable so it was swiftly returned. On politely explaining that it coke was too flat to drink the man refused to exchange it which is bizarre because it had only just been bought and had it have been Tesco my consumer rights wouldn't be breached in this way and I wouldn't have had to contacttrading standards to report them. He did call the owner but apparently because the bottle had been opened it couldn't be returned. How else would we discover it was no good without opening it? Ridiculous!"
