"Claim not to have amazon parcel when it's shown as being delivered. Usually avoid as it's a poor shop with a very rude, unfriendly and charmless middle aged Pakistani man ,who is permanently on the phone."

Don't buy chocolate here because you'll find it's usually out of date. I suggest the owner and staff go on a customer service training course because you're losing customers."

"They're listed as a parcel drop-off point on the royal mail website. I needed to return a package, and they were the closest one listed. When I got there, after a 30-minute walk, they denied it completely. I even showed them the website on my phone, and the guy just shrugged. Not on ounce of sympathy or even attempting to be helpful. Just cutting me off and giving one word answers."

"What a terrible sandwich. The chicken in this sandwich was almost like hay&rubber like texture and tasted off. I had the half of it and was hesitant to have the remaining and when I bite it again I actually felt sick. :-( Its ok to buy emergency stuff but on a scale to 1-10 buying a chicken sandwich like this, you may be taking a chance to have food poisoning anytime. The shop assistant didn`t have the courtesy of offering a refund or shown any interest. It was like yea but you have eaten half of it. Yes friend, I have made that mistake unfortunately...... Will I ever buy any sandwich.. Not a chance. ..... Looking after your customers should be priority."
