"I can only comment on the service I have had. I ordered some small items a few years back and remember that they arrived safely and quickly. Yesterday 21 Jan 22, I sent two queries by email, regarding contact tips and gasless wire and both were answered politely and correctly within 30 minutes. Two small orders now placed and waiting delivery, presumably mid next week."

"Ordered pressure washer, came 3 days late with missing parts... After over 5 occasions of reaching out to the company for a reply via phone and email I got nothing... Had no choice but to open a case with PayPal to retrieve my stolen money from these crooks only to br told I would only receive my refund upon receipt of return item at my own expense which was a further £25 for the courier and still I have received no refund... Theives!! and I highly suggest staying well away from this company."
