"Today was the last straw with this restaurant ordered special noodles NO prawns !!!what was sent prawns phoned to inform them they had sent the incorrect order considering i have never had seafood since a child because of alleries .the person on the phone was very rude and Said there was nothing she could do to help after spending £20+ no result never again."

"The lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful!! No manners. She never wants to listen and is always huffing and puffing down the phone. If she can’t handle the pressure she should step down. Everything is a problem for this lady!! Rubbish customer service. Never listens to order notes!! Food always takes 1.5hrs and ALWAYS arrives COLD!!! We spend a lot of money each time here and it never improves!! Should spend money with a restaurant that actually cares about its regular customers."
