"What's the point of advertising an opening time if you never open at that time, and when you eventually open nothing is ready. Listen to the gentleman today who waited in his car for 12pm opening only to wait more for items to be ready. Please thank you, sorry for waiting is all good customer service. Why does half the item on your menu have no stock after 3pm? Well the meat pie is tasty which is why I visit. Reading the other reviews don't think there'll be any improvement but at least people will know to visit after your advertised opening time. This is not a one off occurrence"

"I visited Tasty Thornton heath today, I'm a regular customer. And much to my chagrin the price of food had skyrocketed. However I wasn't made aware of the price increase before hand. There's nothing on the wall to inform customers about the increase, can you ask your servers to make customers aware of this before they order. It's common courtesy."

"The presentation was good but the food was not up to 'my' expectations. The fried plantain I bought was cold and the fish was a bit blant, I over heard the lady telling the delivery guy the 'toilet is for staff only' so he can't use it, how about the customers?..."

"Sadly i can't eat and buy food at the restaurant any more . The below soup I found a tin can tomato lid finger handler in the soup. Most annoying thing was that I got there next day and reported that this what I found inside the soup the staff member just said sorry. I told her I had to disposed the food as i can't it because it might cause me a food poisonous. No further action from them since then. I've advised my family and friends not to patronise them !"
