"I liked the photos of the restaurant and my expectations were high. We booked the table, received the confirmation last night and today they had no clue we were coming. The restaurant is much smaller than on the photos and extremely acoustic. Next to us was a group of 10 people who whose screaming made impossible for us and other tables to communicate. The waiter came to take the order, shouted so much that I had to address it. Very unfriendly too. The food was served in some kind of plastic plates, to my surprise. No tablecloth. All that noice made for us impossible to enjoy and food was not bad but nothing special. We felt rushed too . Also, very pricey for this kind of service, ambiance, etc. I will not be rushing back to visit."

"I found this place to be quite expensive considering that we ate off chipped tableware and fold-up picnic tables. We decided to visit this place because of the vegetarian options available; though sadly we found the 'mock chicken' quite slimey and unseasoned. On the plus side, the views can be quite nice if you're seated by a window. The Feng Shang Princess is a novelty of being a restaurant on a boat. All in all, there are much better Chinese restaurants in London. I definitely won't be returning here."
