"Very bad for vegetarians and gluten free people. I rarely write reviews, but after being dealt with rudely I am writing this one. There is no way to tell if something is gluten free from the website menu. My wife can not eat gluten, so I phoned to check to see if a dish was gluten free. I was told it contained gluten by a very polite lady - so far so good. I asked her what dishes did not contain gluten - she asked a guy called Andy (the chef I believe). He told her the only gluten free dishes available were boiled rice and steamed vegetables! Despite having various other gluten free dishes available (which we know from a lifetime of being gluten free). When I then asked the lady if the egg fried rice was gluten free - she checked with Andy and I was told it was gluten free! Andy - is egg fried rice gluten free? The answer is YES - so why not tell us that when we asked for gluten free dishes. We should not have to deal with people's laziness to get a gluten free meal. It should be marked on the menu - then you would not have people phoning to check and you would not have to deal with questions you can't be bothered to answer. I would have not ordered anything based on what Andy said - it is either rudeness or laziness (we spent nearly £100 on this order). I personally wanted to cancel the whole order. But my wife wanted to feed the family and we had already spent some time deciding the other meat dishes for everyone. As a vegetarian I ordered Tom Yum soup - which did not taste like the Tom Yum I know from Thailand and other English restaurants - it hardly had any taste at all and definitely did not taste like Tom Yum. I also ordered a spicy Tofu dish. The Tofu was not cooked at all and it had the consistancy of scrambled egg and tasted terrible. The spicy sauce itself was nice. Andy - Tofu should be cooked a bit before being put into a liquid dish. To be fair the meat dishes were good and delivery was fairly quick (about an hour and a half). Andy - because of your laziness or rudeness I will never order from you again and will tell anyone I know not to order from you. Well done - you have lost a good and regular customer with us. Just from being lazy and rude. Do not bother with this take away - there are plenty more to choose from. Matthew"

"For me to review a Chinese restaurant it either has to be really bad or really good. Please to say it was the latter. Ordered pork ribs and they are actually some of the best I've tasted. Good portions and not unreasonably priced!"
