"Very bad experience - in fact I would give zero stars if I could. Had two front tyres fitted at Ken Coffey, via Black Circles. When I had a service the following week, they reported something was rattling around inside one of the tyres. So I called Ken Coffey to explain, and the response I got was extremely rude and dismissive. The guy said I must be wrong and he didn't have time to look at it. I spoke to the person in charge, and he was dismissive too. I took the car to another fitter, in Altrincham, and they found a metal weight inside the tyre (below). Very poor."
