"This is usually my go-to if I haven't brought lunch into work of a day. The staff are polite, friendly and work quickly. They've only ever gotten one order incorrect - I went back with the incorrect item and receipt and they very quickly swapped the item, and gave me some churros as an apology. Mistakes happen, and overall, this is the one time of many they've got it wrong. So all in all, I'm impressed with the food and the staff :)"

"I was so disappointed in this location that I had to report the activity to Food Complaint government website. We ordered from the self service monitor in the store and the monitor didn’t print a receipt. We asked the two gentlemen working and they said it’s fine and processed the order. As they were processing the order I couldn’t believe the lack of health and safety that was taken lightly. One gentleman Named Max was scratching his nose and touching his hair while preparing the order. When they prepared the order the other gentleman named Will who also claimed he was then line manager at that time asked us open our bank where we made the purchase of the order so they can see if the payment has gone through since it’s not coming through on their system. We asked them this in the beginning for a receipt and they said it’s fine and went ahead to process the order. While we are discussing why they started making the order without confirming the payment has gone through the other gentleman Max came over and said you might not have money in your account so the payment hasn’t gone through. Disregarding out entire conversation he decided to assume we had no money. I advised them what good customer service is and made sure to report this incident with the food complaint department. This is how new up and coming businesses get ruined. People are not managed properly and health and safety is not taken seriously. One more thin the entire staff we’re touching their phones whilst they were preparing food. I would not recommend anyone visit this place until they get a hygiene rating or change staff because I’m sure you can get a stomach bug if you eat from there."

"Every time I visit a Taco bell I pretty much have the same thing.. volcano Burrito box meal for £6.99 It's great value for a meal out.. The staff In leatherhead were very friendly and my food order arrived quickly. The food was prepared correctly and tasted as it should... compared to other branches this one was quite clean.. I will be back soon"

"Update: Cracks are starting to surface and although I get more food than I asked for I took a friend down for lunch, both of our orders were Wrong and had different items. Don't get me wrong very much appreciated getting my money's worth but the fact is the staff doesn't pay attention, they don't keep the restaurant clean. I just feel there is a lack of care and attentiveness, the longer this goes on the more the reputation of this take out will be damaged. Considering they're still making money it's a matter of time until a comparable take out steals their business. Had the crunchwrap supreme for two deal for £13.00 and a regular drink, it was fantastic and I'll definitely be coming here again, contrary to other reviews my order was quick and was prepared in 5/7 minutes, the place was nice and clean and felt comfortable to order from there, the staff were also very helpful though the male who I think is the manager has the highest English comprehension. The meal was exactly what I expected the seasoned chips are fantastic and there was a balance in this take away that you don't get from other chains in the industry. I'm very happy this opened in Leatherhead where I live it's much better than the KFC further down the road. The fact they serve my favourite drink Apple Tango is awesome. The churros cinnamon crisps are a bit odd but definitely tasty, look forward to trying the actual churros."

"Used this branch in Leatherhead three times, disappointed now twice so sadly will not use it again. Complained to the head office who had little interest in even reading the issue (they ignored my first message to them). The food on the last order was very poor, The chips were literally uneatable, most thrown away with way too much spice on them, The meat was severely lacking in tacos. Pop to KFC next door next time I think. Positive is staff are always polite and friendly."
