"Food was delicious, as always. The problem was we went for Mother's Day, and it took an hour and a half for our main courses to get to us. A long wait for those of us who didn't have starters! Feels as though they should have either had more staff in the kitchen, or fewer guests booked in."

"We were looking for a cosy pub to wait out the worst of a rainstorm and Church Inn was absolutely perfect! We were lucky enough to be in on the last day of their festive menu, which was both extremely tasty and great bang for buck. The staff were so polite and attentive despite clearly being very busy, and the decor is was beautiful. Dog friendly too!"

"Lovely pub. The courtyard dining area looked gorgeous but it was a bit nippy for sitting outside today. Inside was much cosier. The service was great - a table was quickly found for us - and food was even better. The vegan burger was superb. A fab spot for lunch."

"It's a real gem of a pub. They've really diversified during the pandemic and it's great to see that they are doing well. The food is great and the courtyard dining experience with all weather protection is very welcome. Even in the pouring rain and cold the covered areas at the back are warm and cosy. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended."
