"It was our first time at Dalloway Terrace. It’s located in the beautiful Bloomsbury hotel. We had the brunch menu @40£ per person. The pancakes with bacon, syrup and blueberries was delicious. We had cappuccinos which were also good. They accidentally made me a flat white at first but they were very nice and offered to make a new one straightaway. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful Christmas decor. They have wall heaters on one side of the room but we sat next to the glass window/wall and there are no heaters, so it was quite cold. They do have blankets on every seat but it was my feet and legs that were cold because the floor is a type of stone/tile so it was quite cold. I’d wear different clothes next time during winter time (it was a 1 degree day). Would definitely go again."

"Great ambience with the flowers everywhere. Service is personable. Food is good (fish and chips was top notch-crispy fish with delicious peas, fries are well cooked) but slightly expensive. Smallish restaurant so best to book. Charming both in the day and at night."

"This was a brilliant experience. Definitely seeing me and my husband there more frequently. Teas and cakes were amazing, there was one cake that was incredibly rich so we had to share it, otherwise it was all well done, brilliant atmosphere. Went outside and the heaters were sufficient enough despite the cold. Highly recommend"

"I think I was expecting a really good dinner flavour but this didn’t really hit the spot for me. The mushroom risotto was average and to me, isn’t quite worth the £20. It wasn’t bad or anything - it just wasn’t overwhelmingly good either. I ordered spinach on the side because I wanted some greens in my meal. The location and decoration is really pretty, and the service was good (they were polite and prompt). But this was pretty much the only vegetarian option (main dishes). I expected more delicious options from an expensive place like this."

"Amazing atmosphere especially for afternoon tea which we tried. They accommodated the whole family of 7 in one table which I appreciated as it is rare to happen in most of London’s restaurants. The food was very good and the portions were quite big. Tea was delicious and coffees were okay. Few of the scones were a bit dry but many of them were fresh. The staff were welcoming and very hospitable. Definitely recommended to visit and try!"
