"I go once or twice a week for a oat milk coffee and a vegan toasted sandwich the staff are very nice and helpful all the time the place is clean and well set out has more of a family run feel about it than the other costa coffee shops I've been to. Friendly staff."

"Pluses - good cappuccinos, nice staff. Minuses- noisy, often lots of parents with children; often long queues; today only paper cups. Why should I pay £3 plus for coffee in a paper cup? Not the only Costa where the dishwasher is broken. Where are the contracts for repair? This needs sorting out."

"Quite possibly the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. The few times I've been there, every single time they're incredibly slow, don't cook the hot food properly so it's either undercooked or nuclear hot, and the place is just grubby and messy. Today, one of the servers filled up a jar of marshmallows, spilled most of them and then proceeded to scoop them up with her bare hands (along with whatever else was on the counter) and place them in the jar!"
