Reviews
"We went to Rossopomodoro for dinner today. Upon entering we were welcomed and placed immediately - everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We had the Fusilli alla Carbonara (as good as in Rome) and the Linguine Vongole (also very good and fresh). For dessert we tried the recommended Baba' Napoletano - we were definitely not disappointed. ;)"
"We had a great lunch, amazing pastas. They also have gluten free options for pizza but we didn't try them. Our waiter, Melo, was very helpful (he also speaks French)."
"Went for a sit down pizza after Camden Market. The pizzas were large and really tasty. Good thin bases with an excellent tomato sauce as a base for the different toppings. Each of our party loved the one they chose. It is central London and touristy so it isn't cheap."
"Not a big fan of giving poor reviews especially having had great food and service in the Old Street/Shoreditch branch. Loved the food there. Came here couple of weeks ago, food was good, but what really put us off was the service… You’d think with an empty restaurant of only 3 tables occupied service would be pretty good… The poor young waitress dealt with most orders whilst the senior and bar staff were chatting for over 20mins meaning we didn’t get our drinks and having finished our food we no longer wanted it. So when we asked for the drinks to be cancelled and the bill, which was when the senior staff popped over. We asked for drinks cancellation and the bill again, she said ok and continued her conversation. We had to ask the young waitress for the bill again. Then us and the other table who were leaving had to ask what the additional £1 was on the bill, which turns out is an ‘optional donation’ to a charity - Apparently we were meant to already know they were adding this to the bill. I hope next visit to either the same or another branch won’t be the same experience. When doors open the team should be working together. I’m sure with so many branches you would already know how to run the team, but meetings in most establishments are better done before opening."
"Went during the outdoor rule for restaurants, so had to sit outside which was fine since the weather was nice. However, the food was a big let down, there were not many choices of toppings for the pizza, so ended up getting a spinach. The pizza was really oily/greasy and tasted bad. My friend who ordered a different topic, was also not very impressed with the taste and complained about it being too oily as well."
