"Absolute joke can’t believe people like this get away with selling stuff with warranty and don’t fix when in still under warranty… will be reporting to trading standards.. and please read and trust what I say you rather buy a new cheep house appliances… from genuine place like Argos etc ,at lest you will get proper service.. when break down. People go to to these places because they might be struggling in life and then you get people like this whole just make live even harder"

"This man is a con artist. Bought a dryer just over a year ago and it broke with in a couple of weeks. Man claims to have had an emergency and had to go Pakistan. This came after 3 failed visits to my property which he promised to make. Blocked/ignored calls since. Visited the shop an was even willing to pay extra for a replacement. His response was to knock £10 off original asking price of a different dryer. I would stay well clear of his shop and his lies."

"My dad bought a cooker from here, the oven door and bottom compartment both unhinged themselves within a year, then the oven stopped working completely. Asked them to come and have a look so they can quote for a repair. Took a couple of weeks to get him to look (in a huff as apparently he wasnt aware that the oven was also not working as well as the doors. I assured him that I did. Once inspected, he said he would be back in touch. Not heard a peep in three weeks. I followed up for an update, only to be told he is waiting to hear back from his suppliers. Still nothing for a few more days, followed up again and told he cant get the part so hes going to try someone else. I said I would rather try another repair service instead as this appalling. Don't bother buying from here. As they say...buy cheap, buy twice."
