"Ordered through Uber, food arrived and the cartons had been packed on their side so all the food was in the bottom of the bag. Tried to contact the delivery driver through Uber but got cut off, so rang the restaurant and explained. They were immediately rude, defensive, argumentative and unhelpful, with a 'not my problem' attitude (even though it was them who packed the order). I was a bit taken aback! It's a shame as I ordered from them before and the food is nice, but with customer service like this I don't think they'll be around for long..."
