"I ordered Onam Sadhya days before the delivery date but in the last moment on the delivery day they informed that they cannot deliver it Disappointed. As I can see many others have the same experience and this will be last time I use Metropot"

"Onasadya experience: I ordered Metropot Onasadya from Keralataste website for this onam. We were expecting the sadya to reach us on the 7th as per the latest communication. I was informed that the delivery team (DHL) has received my sadya and will reach my by 7th. I didn't receive the time of delivery so I couldn't plan my lunch the previous day. I kept tracking DHL in the morning so that I can plan my lunch accordingly. The tracking details showed that the delivery will be delayed and now it's due for 8th (thiruvonam). I had invited a friend to share the sadya at my home and had to postpone their plans too. The next day I kept tracking the sadya every half n hour and it reached me at the right time for lunch (1 pm). We were happy with the packing at first as it was all enclosed in a polystyrene box and nothing leaked to the outside world. But once I opened the box, it was a little messy. The banana leaves were torn at the right places. So we had to top it up with a paper leaf. The Rasam had leaked, the rice packets were open and so most of the rice was Rasam soaked. Now coming to the food, it was advertised as Pazhayidam's sadya and so was expecting a minimum standard. But we were highly disappointed with the quality of the food. We are also not having a very good stomach today. So in short, it wasn't worth half the money we spend. Request you to perform some kind of quality check at least for the next time. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time of ordering a frozen sadya."

"TRY NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM I Ordered Onam sadhya few days before and it was not delivered and then we had to call them to get the information that the order will not be delivered. I was waiting for this delivery with my friends because the order was for 6 people and all of my friends including me is highly disappointed."

"Ordered the food way before the date and they informed that they cannot deliver it, that too when we called them after the expected delivery time. PLEASE DONT ORDER FOOD FROM THEM I mentioned the same from my Instagram profile and they blocked me due to the review."
