"3 STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT. Order was late , so we were late for our evening out . That was last year. In January this year , order was late AND cold. I rang them , and made suggestions about how they could improve their customer service. LIKE TELL SOMEONE WHEN YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE. I was offered a complimentary dish as a goodwill gesture . This evenings meal arrived just in the time , but was tepid in temperature.. the complimentary dish i asked for was a vegan jalfreizi. Luckily i have no allergies because the dish sent was a chicken jalfreizi . Sorry Tiffin Tin the next sentence would have camel and straw in it if i could be bothered anymore......"
