"The worst store ever, just been in stores got few things and went to the till to pay there was no one on the till I looked around I could see 3 staff standing around and talking to each other they looked at me but still no one could be asked serving on the till I had to call them out to come and sort me out I don’t think they believe in customer service so don’t waste your time here"

"For the women out there, Bolton new look will probably be great for you. But men, you will be a bit disappointed. As you walk in through the electric scanners and the clinical white theme throughout you are met by rows and rows of women's clothes that spans all the way down the end. Turn left and you will see a little corner tucked away with a couple of hoodies jeans and shirts for men. Don't get me wrong there still is some nice stuff now and again but I would like to see a lot more. The good thing is the sizes and quality are usually quite good and the price is too. But if your expecting to get a new wardrobe hop on the train to the Manchester arndale new look instead."
