"Very pleasant dining experience, we had booked a table in advance and we were shown to our table immediately, the service was very good without the waitresses bothering us, the food was excellently presented and it tasted beautiful whilst being competitively priced, very impressed and will try to go again when we are next in the area."

"Really poor service. Found the staff quite rude. We walked in with kids, was empty. They spoke to us with a rude tone as though “why are you here?” Sort of thing. Restaurant was empty and they said we can’t stay for longer than 2 hrs. The restaurant was empty even after we left and walked past. My 5 yr old tipped the orange juice by accident and they brought another one- and they charged us for both, which was fine but most restaurants just provide it free out of good will. There was also a hair on my pizza! I would pay for a friendly service regardless of any of the other stuff but with this sort of attitude I’d rather go to Pizza Hut! Part of me felt like perhaps it was because we were Asians that they had this attitude from the moment we walked in. Absolutely disgusted and won’t be going there again. We live in Shenfield and have plenty of polite and friendly restaurants I’d rather spend my money at."
