"Placed my order 18:23, didn’t turn up until 20:04. Called them twice. First time I called, was told it’s on its way. 25 mins later, I called again and was told the driver is doing multiple drop offs. It arrived, the food was cold. Driver was talking on the phone when he delivered it. Disappointed as this place use to be amazing."
"Had a lamb shish and it was delicious. Meat pieces were a good size and very tender. Salad was fresh and crunchy. Staff were polite and friendly. Would buy from there again. Quality food."
"If there was such thing as a 0 star, they would get it. I had to point out to the ‘owner’ Ali, there was mould on the salad. He simply removed that piece from the salad bowl and left the rest to serve to new unknowing customers. I felt sick. Never ever again."
"2hours and 20 mins after ordering and still waiting! App said would be 1 hour, totally unacceptable. Called to chase and they just say ‘sorry, nothing we can do’. Not good enough, have lost very loyal customers! Edit- did rectify this by offering us a free meal a week later that was on time and we’re very apologetic."
"Favourite kebab - incredibly tasty and always fresh. Salad is tasty and chilli sauce is delicious. We travel past several more local kebabs to go here and have been for the past 5 years. Only lose one star for slightly inconsistent salad portion - too much onion sometimes!!! (But still tasty)"
